Giancarlo Pelosi, founder of Pelosi Law Firm, was born in Messina on November, 12^th 1947. He currently lives between Milan and Miami. After graduating at the University of Messina in 1971, he  spent a significant period of “traineeship” at “Francesco and Pietro Carrozza” law firm in Messina. Having passed the qualifying exams to practice the Forensic Profession, he became a member of the Lawyer’s Order since 1975.

Pelosi’s business is mainly focused on consulting, corporate representation in general, financing transactions, general commercial consulting and on the real estate field.

In 1984 he opened another law firm in Milan offering services in all the areas of law, including finance and banking, acquisitions, antitrust, real estate, licensing, intellectual property and insurance.

In 2001 the Supreme Court of the State of Florida (USA) granted him the license as “Foreign Legal Consultant” allowing him to open a prestigious office also in Miami, more precisely in Brickell Avenue.

He is one of the trusted lawyers of the Italian General Consulate in Miami.

He is authorized to practice law in Italy and in USA, in the State of Florida, with the qualification of FLC.
